- 9AM MEET AT OFFICE IN Oomitakashima Station (JR Kosai Line, Sign Documents, Fit rental equipment)
- Go Shower Climbing (head to the river by car, and have fun climbing the rivers of Japan!)
- Tour ends 2PM (Tour ends at Parking lot, if you have a car we disperse at the parking lot, if not we go back to the office)

Medical Check
Guests with the following conditions are not recommended to join: serious medical conditions, inability to perform light exercises such as walking or jogging, pregnant, back problems.
